I wouldn't count on a special dividend stopedout. We have been waiting for awhile, Becker is cash heavy now but its hard to know exactly what their plan is going to be -special dividend maybe, we are overdue, sell, maybe but we have been for sale for years and management turned down an offer over $20 per share years ago. What we do know is there will be a dividend in the Fall. We know that management are all in their 80s and there will eventually be a sale but when?
