Got its permits through unethical practices?I would not be surprised if it turns out that Lydian got its permits through bribery of all sorts of officials. Up until velvet revolution this year, the country had been soaking with corruption. There is a very high risk that Lydian was engaged in unethical practices. If it has connection with USA would fall under Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
