What’s the latest with the HyperBlock/CryptoGlobal acquisition?

Shareholders of both companies voted in favour of the acquisition at a special

meeting on June 22, 2018. Read the news release.

I’m a CryptoGlobal shareholder. How do I get my HyperBlock shares?

TSX Trust Company is the Depositary that is managing the conversion of

CryptoGlobal shares to HyperBlock shares. Registered CryptoGlobal

Shareholders must deposit shares and a letter of transmittal to TSX Trust

Company — as outlined in the shareholder Circular. Upon closing of the

acquisition agreement between HyperBlock and CryptoGlobal, TSX Trust

Company will issue shares of the resulting amalgamated corporation ("Amalco")

— which will be known as HyperBlock — in accordance with the instructions

provided by the shareholder on the letter of transmittal. If you are a beneficial

owner of CryptoGlobal Shares, please get in touch with your intermediary for if

you have questions about how your shares will be deposited.

You can find more information about how to deposit your shares and complete

the letter of transmittal on page 32 of the Circular, which was mailed to

shareholders in late May 2018. If you prefer to contact TSX Trust Company, the

How do I deposit my shares and submit a letter of transmittal?

Registered CryptoGlobal Shareholders were mailed a letter of transmittal for

signature and instructions on how to deposit shares along with the Circular that

was mailed out at the end of May 2018.

If you are a beneficial owner of CryptoGlobal Shares, please get in touch with

your intermediary (for instance, your bank or financial advisor), if you have

questions about how your shares will be deposited.

When will I receive my new HyperBlock shares?

HyperBlock shares will be issued to CryptoGlobal shareholders when the

acquisition officially closes. Watch www.SEDAR.com and our website for

updates.

What is happening with the planned public listing for HyperBlock?

When does that go live?

Timing updates will be shared online at www.SEDAR.com, on the newswire and

on HyperBlock social media channels.

Shareholders who have signed-up for CryptoGlobal or HyperBlock email updates

will also receive a direct email with timing information. Sign-up by emailing your

Ultimately, the official listing date will be determined by the CSE and they will

issue updates to keep investors informed of timing.
