This is true and the trade would not happen during blackout but Lamont knew this would be reported during the blackout period. The point is it was bad judgement by him and bad timing and admitted to that fact. There is no takeover coming and assets are on the market but no buyers willing to pay the right price. I can honestly say that we will see a difference in how the company will be run going forward. Bryksa is an advocate of creating shareholder value through capital allocation and you will see that starting in Q2. Patience is needed and time as well and for those willing to wait they will be rewarded. This doesn't mean we can't trade the stock as we see fit. GLTA to all here!
