I want to make something very clear !!!I do not appeciate people or 'users' giving me a 1 star rating ! I dont mind it, I will just need a response of that user, saying ' I gave you a 1 star rating, because of this and that .... ' , I would like a full explanation of why I have been given the rating that I have bee given ! Thank You for the understanding !!
