What do you mean by "potential acquierer for Canadian airspace"? Nobody owns airspace. Not DDC, not anybody. It is like a public roadway that everybody with a license can use. It is not like radio frequency, where the government sells exclusive rights for use.

Why would Google Wing be interested in DDC? What does DDC have that Google would want? Be real.

DDC has developed a small, short range electric multirotor based mostly on off the shelf parts. Very easy to do. Google has a VTOL airplane with much longer range.
