Competition Comparison Have any of you guys done DD on DDC's competition and seen where they might have a competitive advantage? There are a lot of companies already operating in this space.
Zipline is an American company, they are currently in large scale delivery operations in Africa (due to light regulations not hindering trials) They have a fast airplane that can deliver much faster and further distance than a multirotor. They have racked up an incredible amount of real-world testing miles having completed over 4000 deliveries, and covering 300,000km. That's a lot of real world experience, which will help them as they now set their sights on their home country of the US and other western nations.

Another American company is Matternet, who are using their own specialized multirotor for short-range deliveries within urban areas. They are currently in operational trials Zurich, Switzerland, a major metropolitan area. They recently raised $16M from a group led by Boeing. And are begining BVLOS trials in the US.

DHL has been doing drone deliveries since 2013. These are actual operational trials, not just low-volume test flights. They started with a multirotor, but in 2016 revealed a high speed VTOL tilt-wing aircraft. They've been quiet since then, but I doubt they are sitting still.

And UPS themselves are also playing with drones:

In light of all this competition that appears to be so far advanced and well-funded, and in the absence of any real ground breaking technology, and nothing really stopping these other companies from entering Canada as soon as the Transport Canada regulations permit commercial operations, why is DDC's market cap so high?
