No, what are you talking about?  My response was in reply to GreekTitan, who suggested that DDC is working with Canada Post.

Canada Post is one of the other 4 companies to get approval from TC for commercial BVLOS trials. They are working with IndroRobotics.

Why would Canada Post do that, if they were already working with DDC?  So no, I don't think that's what's going on.
