RE:RE:highlight of the annual meeting

Major catalyst still remains Elipe SA being cleared by the Gov't appointed administrator so Elipe SA assets can be used to secure the proposed debt facility. Mg't expects this to occur soon. This event will provide Core Gold with much needed financial flexibilty and greatly de-risk the whole story.

Many thanks to highper and Tad for sharing their AGM notes. Was there any discussion at the AGM on when the mill expansion to 2000 tpd would be completed ? More specifically is it  delayed pending the completion of the above debt facility ?  It would be nice if the debt facility is in place and the share dilution at these low share prices can stop.

PS. I am back into CGLD for the 3rd time after being in and out couple of time since 2008. I sold for a big loss in 2016 after it looked like they might go bankrupt.
