Question. As we own 51% of PureLucid, does their income show up on our balance sheet ?

Re v.bea: The speclation is they have a cubic kilometer of lithium brine. Is FMC doing the ipo of their lithium properties as our MGX process means we become the world's low cost producer and they want to get out of Dodge ?
