Sounds like the issue is with TDW and not BTI.

Perhaps you should just change brokers.

No issues reported at other brokerages (including mine).

This doesn't look good for BTI.
I am only a " customer" of TDW so they do not see any need to provide me with an answer.
I am a long term investor in BTI close to 7 years.
Thinking BTI Management might have a little more power than I and just maybe a lot more at stake they would look into this issue and find out exactly what TDW has against BTI but no comment.

I need an answer!
