GoldenOrb, just curious,....

GoldenOrb, just curious,.......do you believe current EW shareholders will own 100% of NEWCO,  and 10% of JUVA? If not, why?
IMO, EW giving 4M to JUVA explained/secured our 10% stake/shares in JUVA....if this is not the case we are all screwed. Thanks for any reply.
