A couple of nuggets on deployment:

[7:52] Re Planet Fitness: "we are already evaluating potential opportunities that would require more of our capital"

[19:42] Re what's the deal with all the delays on new deals: "there are no delays...it's just a standard process. Once we have deals signed exclusively like we have today it's down to due diligence. All the negotiations on terms is done. So, one of the deals has an acquisition that's pending that is the use of proceeds so that does put more moving parts into the equation"

Maybe I'm misintepretting the part in bold, but that sounds to me like there's at least one deal ready to go.
