Cal,

Given that the Serbs has sat in on meetings between EV and InvestCo (which is a great sign, IMHO), I suspect they have made their wishes known.

However, as we've dissussed, if InvestCo invests only into Balkan Gold (which is the most likely scenario), they can't pressure a sale of Balkan to RT without EV being on board.
