Rocketred2015 is actually right. Andrew did post Annual Information Form yesterday. Its posted on Sedar.com here is the link to that. https://www.sedar.com/homepage_en.htm
just click on SEARCH DATABASE and search ico. It will show you that form posted by Andrew Rae yesterday.
But this form is just overall information for the year ending Dec 2017. Nothing related to current share price. It just elaborates on high risks of investing in biotech pharma doing clinical trial and possibilities of what could happen if they don't get the funding on right time.
I think we all as investors know about this but thanks Andew for reminding us. :)
