Aimia Inc. is a diversified company. The Company operates through three segments: Bozzetto, Cortland International and Holdings. The Cortland International segment consists of Tufropes and Cortland Industrial LLC (Cortland). The Holdings segment includes investments in Clear Media Limited, Kognitiv, as well as minority investments in various public company securities and limited partnerships.

I mean to buyout not being thought of... you definitly did not do you DD if you didnt see that one coming. 

On the positive they will need to at least double that offer for it to be taken seriously.
