Nobody is legitimately flying anything like that. Not even 400lbs. You think this podunk company from Canada who have never built anything on their own, is going to suddenly outdo Amazon, Google, DHL, etc? Come on guys. Get real.
The closest thing anybody is, to actually doing to that, is Opener, who have a man-carrying multirotor thing. So could be considered a 200lb payload drone if you remove the human.

And look at the specs on that. Max range is 25 miles. These guys have been working on this thing since 2011. You really think DDC is going to better it anytime in the near term? And with as little money to work with as DDC has?
And lets say they did. How many flight hops will it take to reach Nunavut? How in the heck does anybody think that drones are going to transform delivery to the north?
Oh! But wait! DDC is not a hardware company. They're a software company, right? So why are they wasting money on this hardware stuff?
