Open Letter to BlameOGDear BlameOG, I’m sorry to disappoint you but I’m not interested in having a bromance with you. Despite the fact that you have an almost Tourette-like compulsion to spam my inbox with your desperate pleas for attention, I’ve only ever sent you ONE private message to hopefully get you to go away. There was NEVER any back-and-forth between us as you suggest - and there never will be. I’m surprised you haven’t sent me a dic pic yet, but I’m sure it’s just a matter of time.
I’m also sorry for not being more active on the board during both good and bad times but in addition to my day job I research and monitor stocks during my free time. In an equity universe of literally 1000s of stocks I can’t devote all my time to slapping around PAT and its religious cohort. I still hold that this upward momentum won’t last but I’m far from omniscient. I place bets on my own assumptions and probability estimates and then anticipate being terribly wrong.
I’ll save you the time of posting my only private message to you. I also took the liberty of posting one of your typical messages to me. Please release me from your thoughts and find another bromance. May I suggest Mike270. I have a hunch you two share much in common.
PS. Let it be known that you never did message me contact details of a lawyer. So please...take a hike.
ME: If you're serious about the bet these are the terms. You arrange a lawyer for yourself and leave the contact details at this email address. I have no intention of revealing my identity to anyone on stockhouse so a lawyer will contact your lawyer who will do all the paper work, etc. I believe you mentioned an escrow account in one posting but I don't they will use that system more common in the US. Most likely your lawyer will retain your funds and mine the same then a transfer would be made once the bet closes but since I've never done this before I have no idea. I am almost ashamed to approach my lawyer with such a silly game but since you are persistent my ego is getting the best of me. It will likely cost you approximately $1500 in legal fees and I'm sure mine will try to charge me almost double that for the paper work, etc.
You pick the date in Month of May or June of 2019. You also decide the date from this May or June of this year. We will use a closing price for both dates. We also need to agree upon a data source. There are occasional inaccuracies in data sources like yahoo, google so we decide on a TSXV data source. The date, data source, closing price, and how the lawyers plan to verify this info before the funds are release will obviously be in the contract. Since this is a custom contact I'm sure almost 30% of the value of a $10K bet is probably going to go to my lawyer so I'm going to up our bet to $20K to actually make it entertaining for me and worth my while. If I win I take a nice vacation, if you win then congratulations on a well played match. Whether you take the actual bet or not I don't care. It's all up to you. I won't approach my lawyer with this silliness unless I receive some legitimate contact details.
YOU: Take the bet you little biatch !!! you keep avoiding the real facts your scared shi!!less you iwll lose, other wise you would take the bet. THOSE ARE FACTS !!!!!!
