I'm a little concerned that Solar Brokers is in a position where a secured line of credit comes with a 25% interest rate.  But I admit that this might be a very naive point of view.

In any case, they certainly seem to like the Solar Brokers investment. Hope they're measuring the risk carefully.  They've said that $1m is the "optimal"  exposure to any  company.

I'm curious to know what the deal flow really looks like.  They claim that it's strong and there are a lot of opportunities, but they haven't made any new moves in a few months.  It's a very small team so perhaps they're busy working on integration issues with Logiq.  

No word (yet) on the Agnity deal closing.  Been a while.
