North Shore Uranium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration for uranium deposits at the eastern margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. The Company conducts its exploration programs on its two properties, the Falcon Property and the West Bear Property. The Falcon Property is located approximately 35-kilometer (km) east of the former Key Lake Mine and the active Key Lake uranium mill which processes ore from the McCarthur River Mine. The West Bear property consists of five mineral claims totaling 4,511 hectares located at the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin which hosts two producing uranium mines.

RE:Don't recall seeing this video here... Thanks.  A very pragmatic assessment.  Key messages:
1.  Lundin's offer signficantly undervalues NSU.
2.  Best undeveloped CU asset in the world.
3.  Unlike his firm, many institutional investors hold both LUN and NSU, oftentimes with larger holdings in the former, skewing them towards a lower acquisition price.
4.  Believes another a higher bid is out there.
5.  He'd like C$6, but since shareholders often look at the premium, not the underlying value, C$5.50 might swing it.

He concluded;  As Oscar Wilde noted, "People know the price of things but not the value."
