It would appear that Swoop has already caused its first victim.....or is Flair the smart one here? Pull out of YHM, and offer discount service out of YYZ, where people really want to fly out of in the first place. Let's all think here for a moment, and see what we come up with. Remember....what did Westjet do when all of Canada 3000s YYZ slots became available? The abandoned YHM. Could Flair be the smater ones here??

I beleive they may well be, if they can get a decent price out of YYZ.

I can't wait to hear the comments here....
