The Eagle Mountain Project comprises two gold deposits, Eagle Mountain and Salbora, in addition to several other exploration targets. Its subsidiaries include Gold Belt, S.A., Nicoz Resources, S.A., and Mako US Corp.

News Flowstkstroker, I am sure they will send out information to their shareholders prior to completion, but I would imagine they already have sufficient votes in both companies to push the deal through, its not a deal they would undertake without sufficient votes in the bag....IMO
