While all this speculation is going on, add this...They take this thing private! The PO is in limbo, and they used the 3 month old LOI to halt this thing to sort it out. The sluggers brought in likely have direct sales channels to the military, and they plan to sell direct without the middle man. This scenario of course would eliminate the speculated hostile takeover, nobody knows sh@it, and I expect this will be halted to atleast labour day, All JMO.
