RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Flair Airlines pulling out of Hamilton

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Flair Airlines pulling out of Hamilton Your definition of a shell clearly doesn't match the common definition of "shell company". There has not been a shell company associated to the JET ticker, before or after Jetlines. Jetlines is also what is called a company in start-up phase. Start-up companies are not shells either.

This whole 1 million in fees yearly. Considering JET came to be associated with Jetlines in 2017, there is the history of one year - this isn't an annual fee. The cost of organizing a company with a TSXV listing, all the legal fees, etc etc etc.. these are not free SV... nor should KIng and Bay give their services away for free. I'd call that pretty damn irresponsible if they did. Those costs are normal.

I also expected something wouldn't jive for you yet, as JET could be spitting out a fountain of gold at all of the stakeholders and you would still find something wrong with it, even if your reasoning is based on nothing.
