Alan, his dad and doja executive (if they even have a vote) are passing it and waiting for their buy out and they will make lots of money,  i dont understand your logic but please explain it

we have been abandoned for a month. .... what part of this dont you like??  alan and his dad are in hiding!!!

I’ve been in Doja since it went public and have been not only long ever since but was my favorite stock pick until the day they cancelled their wmd deal and went with canopy’s instead. I watched Alan try and claim this new deal was a great value for shareholders which was insulting. A few days later I was in kelowna and went to Doja’s cafe and ended up speaking to Ria about this abrupt change in direction. That conversation sealed the deal. I’m voting no because I refuse to accept this junk deal that management is selfishly ramming through for nothing but their own benefit. Maybe that means hiku crumbles into nothingness or maybe canopy ups their offer, I don’t know but if Hiku does crumble that’s management’s fault and only management’s fault for expecting shareholders to take it up the rear so they can cash out now.
I’d recommend EVERYONE vote NO and demand a better conversion from canopy, their management has already publicly stated they’re open to it.
But don’t worry Sambo, I sold most of my hiku shares after that shameful display so my vote won’t be holding much weight anymore. Personally I think voting yes is disgraceful, letting these execs walk all over you with this deal.
