Zargon has no control on heavy oil priceSuncor,Cenovus,Meg energy and more are operated by the dumbest CEO's in oil patch.
Not enough pipelines or rail to move product . So solution is to cut production and make more money by selling less.
Poor Kanadahh..The Homer Simpson of oil production.
