420 is the price

420 is the priceSince 2008 we have witnessed the phenomeneum of the "unicorns" whose market caps are growing significantly.  With an abundance of cash companies no longer seek the public markets.  Musk sees this with SpaceX that has always been public and is now worth $24 billion.  I think that is what motivated this transaction.  Its actually better, easier and motivates your employees much better as a private company.  This way you are not subject to all the half truths of the short sellers trying to take you down.  This business has more to run as just starting but maybe other bidders could step in and drive it higher.  I definately think it is the wrong stock to short but that same fate happened to Amazon and the shorters didnt really stop until about 5 or more years of trying.  Now Amazon short position is always very low.
