RE:ORIGINAL WARRANTS VERY ATTRACTIVE HEREYou don't seem to understand warrants at all. You can't just "swap them straight across for one HIP share" you will have to exercise your warrants by paying $1.75 for each share which will cost you $350 K so you have not gained anything but you have simply laid $362 K on the line.
