Share price down 30% in a few weeks

Share price down 30% in a few weeksSo the sp is down 30% in the last little while.  Reason I believe is the company is almost out of cash, do not have a credit line and have a debenture payment of $1.65m due September 30? Moreover, $50 WCS is below break even IMO.

I'm thinking they may do a small flow thru financing which would explain the drop in SP.  At these prices, $1.6M (2 wells?) is 10% of the outstanding shares!

As a debbie holder, I would prefer if they just sold the whole thing of course.
