RE:AGM Typically a consolidation occurs because of exchange listing requirements. For example, if a stock falls below a certain price, or very low volume it could be de-listed, so by doing a consolidation  they can prevent that . 
BE has a huge potential but very greedy managemant . Consolidation is not good or positive move for company like BE ,  with smallest O/S . 

Hope I am wrong but this is not looking good .
