Spot on, but the fact that Herzog joined as a more directly connected member to Hilltop is all that matters. Management sometimes leave due to location, moving etc. To be honest, follow Gilmore's next venture and connect your own dots. Not at all worried here, it also doesn't mean hes not still invested.
