RE:Dirt CheapIs it possible or make sense to buy back stock when Arc Financial still owns about I think 60% of STEP? I doubt there is enough outstanding shares for them to do this but I could be wrong. I agree this stock is getting no love but seems to be the case with all service companies right now.
