CAD3.90 is what TU is said to be willing to pay for the shares in the PP. It has nothing to do with the trading share price in BTRU. The share price is reflected in what the market is ready to pay for the shares. IF the PP goes through I think with should be glad if the share price reaches 2 CAD. Many peolple want to get out after this long scandal. And I still doubt it will go through at all. In a PP, TU Capital will have their shares transfered to them, none of that will happen in the open market! If you don't know this you shouldn't be trading shares at all!
