likely outcome

likely outcomeif you actually read the Courts recommendations.....they say the issue of no adequate discussion to protect whales and insufficient input with first nations.......So their is a way to get your deal done....at the end of the day....Vancouver and Burnaby dont want a pipeline.....for valid reasons.....
