Some interesting news....Regarding Flair, I heard from some of their staff that they are looking for 737NG maintenance training......That leaves me with one conclusion. They are looking at aquiring 737NG. That would open up many direct routes to them that they haven't been able to offer, if in fact they end up getting them, which I suspect they will. An older NG doesn't cost much at all, they are going to the desert to be parted out.
Perhaps this is Flair's way of "if you can't beat them, join them" way of competing with Swoop in the future. Need the right airplane to compete successfully.
That would certainly crowd the ULLC market and routes some more.
