RE:That little rally 2 weeks ago was a sucker rally AlfTanner,
If you look at a 5 minute chart of the trading action for the last 15 days, USAS is clearly going through a bottoming process where weak hands get shaken out while strong hands are adding to their position.
If you look at the volume at that August 15th swing low at $2.13, the volume at the swing low was 3,586 shares.
Yesterday, with silver down to 14 bucks, price was only 7 cents lower at $2.06, and they could only manage to shake out 413 shares at 1500!
Then 5 minutes before the close, they sold 2,043 shares to close the stock at $2.05 to form a bullish last engulfing pattern on the 5 minute chart.
Both of yesterday's swing lows were on lighter volume than August 15th.
So as I look at yesterday's trading, it looks and smells like a bullish spring-- a last shakeout move below the previous swing low with shorts furiously covering and OBV going up while price is pushed down. The OBV indicator has been rising since August 24th indicating net buying over the entire time period since August 24th.
