I think if OLG needed cash they wouldn't have taken so many shares. They took the shares because they probably had more knowledge of what is in the works for GLK going forward. OLG will also want the SP to rise before they start to sell any shares. I'm sure they would be very happy with a SP over $0.50 . They would not be so dumb to flood the market & crash the SP. Product acceptance by the US DOD & DOL plus the others testing GLK's products will get the ball rolling big time. Cheers.
