RE:RE:Sold half position @39.5

RE:RE:Sold half position @39.5 No luck filling again under .25.  In the meantime this kinda highlights what is going on here if anybody else is looking at NLST:
A few things to keep in mind when deciding to sell, hold, or buy.
1. Settlement conference report due September 11th, so it could be a busy weekend for everyone.
2. The claim construction ruling is critical to the Hynix case. "Markman hearings are important, because the court determines patent infringement cases by the interpretation of claims. A Markman hearing may encourage settlement, because the judge's claim construction finding can indicate a likely outcome for the patent infringement case as a whole."
3. Recent updates for the patents re-exams involved in Google and Inphi cases shows Netlist winning in PTAB. Netlist winning the fight on patent 7,619,912 is still under the radar. With that re-exam completing, settlement with Google and Inphi increases.
4. Lawsuit against Sandisk also goibg very well given all the patents that survived re-exam. With Diablo being bankrupt and no longer represented by counsel, Sandisk and its new owner is on their own. Seems to me like they have no other choice but to settle given the number of patents that survived.
5. Remember that the value of these patents are not just in the settlements from Hynix, Google, and Inphi. Once these cases are settled, others will be forced to license and pay up as well.
6. I have always believed and continued to believe that the value of their NVDIMM/Hybrid memory patents are also an important revenue stream for the future as the industry start adopting their usage.
