Back in Jauary of this year Canacord did a convertable Debt

Back in Jauary of this year Canacord did a convertable Debt Financing for $15 million with a conversion option within 3 years for .35 cents per share.

The loan was at 7%. With that financing I believe  Spectra retired a large loan that was secured by their patent portfolio.

So $15 million + $3million plus a proposed $5 million the end of this month = $23 million minus the debt they repaid which I think was about $5 million, puts their total infusion of funds this year to date @
$18 Million....

Its easy to see why the share price sits where it is today! On the flip side, it’s easy to see that some investors see possible future value in the company with the share price at these levels.

Numbers are a good thing to always be conscious of in business as they tell you right where you are financially at all times.

OH, to OWN a Crystal Ball instead of this MAGIC 8 Ball I bought on EBay ))))
