Mining Methods - Iskyhigh

Mining Methods - IskyhighInteresting video - I wonder how long it will take for that to morph into pure directional drilling going 100m+ (instead of 30m).  That is the future for narrow ore bodies that behave well!

This is the link to one of the Brazilian mines I was referring to (below). The Anglo mine I was referrencing is Mina Nova, which might be exhausted now (cant find much on it). An operating mine with similar methods is Leagolds Pilar Mine (formerly Brio).  It dips a little more steeply (probably?). There are some good pictures in the mines technical report for imagining the geometries of narrow vein room and pillar.  Note that the average grades are quite low (~2gpt), and the mine has managed to generated some positive cash flow.  Snap Lake diamond mine also mined in a similar method (though not enough grade to pay for it...)
