Selling into strength is the logical move here.  The offer is for $1.95 a share and will be repriced from what others are adding here.  There's too much incertainty in that kind of an offer.  ACB has increased previous bids but that was for much larger companies that were hostile.  This isn't the case here.  I'm not knocking or bashing ICC in any way.  There's nothing wrong from what I've read.  In the end you're are getting near your 52 week high in price.  You could wait it out and see what happens but that 20 day average clause is dangerous bc if the bottom falls out as many are predicting, you end up with what?  If I were you, I'd cash out now, and put my money to work elsewhere.  Read my previous posts for what I like or you can see other suggestions here on the board.
