Though they are in 30 day black-out for Q3 as of now. Will be until start of Novemeber if follows Q2 timeframe for results release.

So all have loaded up at higher prices (no insider has been selling any material amount -- only buying)

And if i read their Blackout policy correctly ; they wouldn't be able to buy again until next year as Q4 has a 60 day blackout window.
