Unusual to have a Private Co. run a Public Co's Business

Unusual to have a Private Co. run a Public Co's Businessas in the recent European deal. Admission by Baker that he doesn't have a clue, not that he knows how to run North America either.....Should not be in charge of operating a public company. Can't even hire competent people to do this. This latest pharma-gal is a oiece of work.......
