These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. HBC also has investments in real estate joint ventures. In Canada, it has partnered with RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in the RioCan-HBC joint venture.

RE:I'm Out!Congrats on your exit, I've decided my number is close to $13 based on some chart work I've done covering the last year, but quite frankly my $13 number my be lowered if it takes too long to move higher, but I suspect you and I are reading the situation about the same.
