The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

I wouldn't hold my breath for Ausa to buy us out. TGIF will be doing the buying, over being bought out bought out. It's possible that when Ausa becomes way bigger. Even then my OPINIONis yhat its not gonna happen. Im not invested in tgif for potential buyout.
