anything new?

anything new?Anyone have any updates here? how did the company manage to sell off all their assets and have their executives like Lynch follow to the new entity without disclosing anything publicly or to their shareholders? what happened to the money from those sales? was there any royalty payments from those transactions? what happened to the CEO who was holding 35 million shares? surely he did not walk away with nothing? or did he walk away with everything? he supposedly resigned his lucrative position in England so he could run Versatile? he would not do that if there was no future in versatile. something stinks here, major fraud appears to have taken place. Shareholders have been left high & dry and authorities are sleeping on the wheel.
