RE:RE:PVG Response..!!!Having spent my lifetime with lawyers, generally speaking, the first thing out of their mouths is to tell the client not to say anything else.
Once again, for the 15th time, I would point to that press release of Oct. '17, wherein PVG claimed they had found 82000 ounces in developmental muck. As you recall the stock shot to over 12 on the heaviest volume ever and ZIJN and others jumped ship. The following month- the stock tanked when they had that terrible earnings report.
People lost a lot of money because PVG painted this rosy picture wherein the Vibram soles of worker's boots had gold nuggets wedged in them.
This unfortunately is what gives these class action suits credibility and merit. Had PVG not pulled that s***- these cases would be groundless. That is why so many firms are jumping on- and finding grounds to file. That and class action suits are incredibly lucrative to law firms because the get to skim everyone's award.
I am in awe that anyone thinks that Ovensek- a lawyer himself- is an effective CEO. Everything I know, like telling the truth, I learned in kindergarten. I guess it takes a J.D. to unlearn.
It makes me sick and angry. I am still waiting for a white knight.
