Its Midstream segment also consists of natural gas and NGL marketing business, domestic logistics, trucking and rail terminals, and liquid storage capability. Its subsidiaries include Wrangler 1 LLC, WGL Holdings, Inc. and others.

Going to the teens

So glad I got out at ~$24 for a ~13% loss...There was way too much uncertainty with the WGL acquisition, and now further uncertainty with this new structure. An absolute gongshow. I will be getting back in but now now. This has a ways to go.
