RE:RE:RE:Is this stock the results of a spin off of another stock It would be unwise to go with an estimate on value at this point in the life of this company and with so little info. 
Nonetheless, their market cap is extremely low (keep in mind they are not yet autorized to produce) and players in this field with zero infrastructure have market caps in the tens of millions (doen't mean its fair value though...) and they are guarateed to eventually have a client in their owner; TBP.
Still, I own shares since I own TBP and I would not and am not buying in this company yet.  I'll let things settle down a little, there is often dumping in the early days of an IPO and I think we'll be able to grab some cheaper shares in the near future.  With good management, it has in my opinion the potential to grow to 50 million $ as long as the weed sector doesnt crash... which will come eventually (again, jmo).
Good stock to have fun with though! Could go either way but great upside for sure! Good luck! ;)
