Well, considering they still have $ from last PP, extracts facility is now online generating new $, and then the strong consistent revs from NHS and the cherry on top coming from Vape connoisseur, Im extremely confident that the PP increase settled all doubt that they now have enough money to cover construction until spinout settled. <br/>

As a shareholder i would be pro split, because it brings in lower cost financing options and eliminates the restrictions of being a multinational pot comp (better exchange, de-risk for investors concerned with US fed, etc etc.) <br/>
